TO DATE (currently July, 2018), I am capable of executing hundreds of pitches per session many days in succession without experiencing injury, without applying even a single ice-cube to any part of my body post pitching-session and without ingesting an oral analgesic such as ibuprofen (see "Accumulating Pitch-Count").
AND, as of the current date, I yet pitch a baseball on mounds in actual regular-season and tournament competition baseball games.
