"Crossing Your Belt Line" is the explosive and persistently hard contraction (from glove-side to pitching-side and, then, reflexively, back to the glove-side) of the Oblique Abdominal muscles (glove-side) followed by the Front Abdominal muscles followed by the Oblique Abdominal muscles (pitching-side). 


What does "Crossing Your Belt Line" accomplish?

"Crossing Your Belt Line" rotates and accelerates the pitching-side of the body, from Pelvis to pitching-Shoulder, up & over in the direction of the catcher to the Fourth Moment of Greatest Leverage.
