9-The Biological "Machine"----By Fritz Outman

MOST PRECISE, MOST SIMPLE, BEST & SAFEST BASEBALL PITCHING-MECHANICS!

1

THE HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY IS NOT A PIECE OF MACHINERY that is engineered and rigidly fashioned to accomplish a single task and that employs steel, bolts, nuts and welds to secure its single-task configuration.

THE HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY IS, HOWEVER, A “MACHINE”, A BIOLOGICAL MACHINE.

IN CONTRAST TO A PIECE OF MACHINERY, THE BIOLOGICAL “MACHINE” that is the human physiology is FLEXIBLE (as opposed to rigid), ADAPTABLE TO ACCOMPLISHING MANIFOLD TASKS (as opposed to restricted to accomplishing a single task) AND (as opposed to employing steel, nuts, bolts & welds) EMPLOYS MUSCLES OF THE BODY TO SECURE ITS CONFIGURATION FOR THE ACCOMPLISHMENT OF A GIVEN TASK.

PITCHING A BASEBALL is just ONE of the manifold tasks that the biological “machine” that is the human physiology can be configured to accomplish.

2

HOW, THEN, SHOULD THE HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY be configured to pitch a baseball?

ON WHAT SHOULD THAT CONFIGURATION of the human physiology for pitching a baseball be based?

AND, RELATIVE TO ON WHAT THAT CONFIGURATION of the human physiology for pitching a baseball is based, SHOULD THAT CONFIGURATION PRODUCE (be expected to produce) THE BEST POSSIBLE baseball pitching-performance AND THE LEAST POSSIBLE damage and injury to the human physiology (to the body of the pitcher) WHILE RELIABLY AND PREDICTABLY SATISFYING THE PITCHING-RELATED DEMANDS of the sport of baseball?

3

MY ANSWER TO THE ABOVE QUESTIONS IS THAT the human physiology SHOULD be configured to pitch a baseball CONSISTENT WITH "static-stance starting-position" advanced overall mechanical execution Finalized Outman Methodology Rotational Pitching on the vertical plane, WHICH PRODUCES THE BEST POSSIBLE baseball pitching-performance AND THE LEAST POSSIBLE damage and injury to the human physiology (to the body of the pitcher) WHILE RELIABLY AND PREDICTABLY SATISFYING THE PITCHING-RELATED DEMANDS of the sport of baseball.

"Static-stance starting-position" advanced overall mechanical execution FINALIZED OUTMAN METHODOLOGY Rotational Pitching on the vertical plane IS A PRODUCT OF AND IS BASED ON BROADMECHANICAL ENGINEERING APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING OF BASEBALL PITCHING-MECHANICS (not on the narrow in scope, myopic in focus, inferior and wholly inadequate, cadaver studies, junk-science homo-kinetic/bio-mechanic analysis approach to baseball pitching-mechanics).

4

THAT BROADMECHANICAL ENGINEERING approach to the development and engineering of baseball pitching-mechanics:

a) acknowledges the earthly, physical environment within which our human physiology lives, functions and pitches a baseball,

b) respects the immutableinexorable and inviolable workings of the physical laws that govern the functioning of that acknowledged, earthly, physical environment within which the human physiology lives, functions and pitches a baseball,

c) recognizes precisely how the human physiology functions within its acknowledged, earthly, physical environment as governed by the workings of those immutableinexorable and inviolable physical laws,

AND

d) is on what the configuration of the human physiology for pitching a baseball SHOULD BE BASED.

AND, YES, A BROADMECHANICAL ENGINEERING APPROACH TO THE DEVELOPMENT AND ENGINEERING OF BASEBALL PITCHING-MECHANICS BOTH SHOULD be expected to, AND HAS, produced THE BEST POSSIBLE baseball pitching-performance AND THE LEAST POSSIBLE damage and injury to the body of the pitcher while reliably and predictably satisfying the pitching-related demands of the sport of baseball.

5

EVERY MECHANICAL EMPLOY of the human physiology for pitching a baseball OTHER than "static-stance starting-position" advanced overall mechanical execution Finalized Outman Methodology™ Rotational Pitching on the vertical plane (particularly the manifold variations on the theme of the conventional mechanical approach for pitching a baseballviolate multiple physical laws in execution of each pitching-delivery.

IN CONTRAST, BEING THE RESULT OF a broadmechanical engineering approach to the development and engineering of baseball pitching-mechanics, "static-stance starting-position" advanced overall mechanical execution Finalized Outman Methodology Rotational Pitching on the vertical plane is in COMPLETE CONFORMITY WITH the immutableinexorable and inviolable workings of the physical laws that govern the functioning of the earthly, physical environment within which the human physiology lives, functions and pitches a baseball ELIMINATING, THEREBY, the adverse effects both on pitching-performance and on the physical health of the pitcher THAT ARE CAUSED by violating (by lack of conformity with) the working of multiple physical laws that immutably, inexorably and inviolably govern the environment within which our human physiology lives, functions and pitches a baseball.

6

SCIENTIFICALLY, THERE EXISTS NO SUPERIOR PERFORMING, NO HEALTH OF THE PITCHER SAFER, NO MORE PRECISE AND, THEREFORE, NO MORE POTENTIALLY CONSISTENTLY REPEATABLE employ of the human physiology for pitching a baseball than "static-stance starting-position" advanced overall mechanical execution Finalized Outman Methodology Rotational Pitching on the vertical plane.

"STATIC-STANCE STARTING-POSITION" ADVANCED OVERALL MECHANICAL EXECUTION FINALIZED OUTMAN METHODOLOGY ROTATIONAL PITCHING ON THE VERTICAL PLANE IS the most precise, highest performing, most efficient, most effective, least complex (most simple) and least injurious employ of the human physiology for pitching a baseball that ever has been (or ever will be) engineered in the history of the sport of baseball anywhere on the face of planet earth.

NO OTHER MECHANICAL EMPLOY OF THE HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY FOR PITCHING A BASEBALL EVEN COMES CLOSE!
