The muscles primarily focused on and consciously employed in correct execution of advanced overall mechanical execution Finalized Outman Methodology for pitching a baseball on the vertical plane incorporating advanced the "Now Moment" are:


a) Calf, Thigh (Quadriceps, Hamstring, Inner Thigh/Groin) & Gluteal muscles of the lower body,

b) Abdominal (Front & Oblique), Pectoral, Serratus Anterior, Latissimus dorsi & lower and upper aspects of the Trapezius muscles of the torso, 

c) Deltoid muscles & muscles of the Internal & External Rotator Cuffs of the shoulders, 

d) Biceps muscles, Triceps muscles & Forearm Flexor muscles of the arms of the body, and

e) The muscles of the soles of the feet, particularly specific muscles of the sole of the front pivot-Foot.
